Job Description :
This IT Analyst will work in the Inter-Company Demand team to help implement the 3M SAP global solution in the end to end business functions.
This is a cross functional role that will provide great growth opportunity for any high performaing individuals looking for exciting project experience in a high spirited team environment.
Roles and Responsibilities included but are not limited to the following :
Design and deploy solutions in support of Order to Cash or Make to Order or Inter-Company Supply Chain customer facing and supply-
chain business processes
Ensure the delivered solution matches global business requirements
Support the config and wricef build activities through lean agile process
Ensure completeness of all unit, string, integration and regression testing by leading testing effort for the assigned releases
Ensure compliance to Documentation, Config, WRICEF designs, test plans etc.
Support and Lead Deployment, Optimization and Support activities of the global SAP solution through testing, cutover, and data management activities
Ensure deliverables throughout the project phases have consistency and quality
Understand SAP cross functional processes and work closely with other process teams to ensure solution integrity
Work directly with Demand and other cross functional business / IT partners to ensure timely delivery of the solutions
Basic Qualifications :
Up to (3) three years of experience in any of the areas : Customer Facing, Supply-chain, Accounting, Purchasing and Replenishment etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
Minimum 1 year of Agile process experience
5 years+ of experience in any of the areas : Customer Facing areas Order to Cash, Market to Order, Accounting etc.
Experience in development and support of SAP SD - MM - FICO IT applications including experience in any of the following processes, Order Processing, Billing, Logistic Execution, Accounting, Sourcing and Procurement processes and systems
Inter-company supply chain process experience in cross company sales, direct replenishment and indirect purchasing business functions etc. is a plus
Project management skills, Project Management certification is a plus
Good judgment, and decision-making skills to objectively understand an issue and negotiate a resolution
Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and deliver results in a high pressure, high profile environment
Proven ability to identify, focus, and own high priority tasks and deliver results to project timelines
Willingness to travel when required (up to 50%)
