Job Description Summary

Performs secretarial and administrative duties for the GBSO Sr. Management of the company. Supports includes, but is not limited to, send meeting invites and follow up on acceptance, meetings organization, takes minutes in Leadership Meetings and follows up in action items, business travel needs, expense report preparation, file creation and organization, logistics of important events and is responsible for the Reception Desk of the company.

The incumbent will also provide support in all the administrative and Free Trade Zone related tasks, relations with vendors, customer service to external and internal customers, appropriate controls of the Facilities budget usage and KPI’S improvement and efficiencies to benefit the GBSO operational cost.

Work requires some analysis and use of initiative and independent judgement with frequent access to confidential information.

Required Qualifications

  • Must speak English and Spanish fluently.
  • 5-7 Years of experiences as Administrative Assistant.
  • 1 Year of experience in the area of Facilites and Local Sourcing.
  • Proficient user of basic office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
