Link between the Business and ETS Technology teams, having a good understanding of both the business requirements and the technological solution, with the ability to explain the needs of the business, "translate" the concepts and technological terms to end users.
Interaction with business clients necessary in requirements gathering, user acceptance testing and software release.
Effective customer-focus ensuring accurate understanding of Finance needs / priorities and proper synchronization of plans.
Maintain effective partnership with Finance organization providing critical advice and contributing to Finance strategic planning.
Support business in documenting the requirements, define and make recommendations for improvement, making sure they are address to the appropriate systems (Architecture roadmap).
Use a good understanding of the concepts and procedures of business analysis and a basic knowledge of other technical areas.
Evaluates the applicability of previous or similar experiences and evaluates options under circumstances not covered by procedures or precedents.
Partnering with Business Technology team to ensure all project technology needs are addressed
Coordinate with PMO to prepare project plans / task trackers. Support defects
Managing changes and ensuring appropriate documentation, testing and sign-offs are received as required to deploy the changes to production instance.
Build relationships with project sponsors
Good positive attitude, collaborative team player.
Degree in either Business or Technology.
2-3+ Years of Experience Managing Technology Banking Project activities.
Ability to establish and maintain a fluent communication with Business, Finance Technology groups and Finance Architecture Organization.
Experience of documenting use cases, functional specifications or similar
English (Advanced at least 90%)
Nice to Have :
Experience with system and user acceptance testing- familiar with all phases of the SDLC will be beneficial.
