The Team Leader will manage the daily production and customer service activities within Thomson Reuters Pricing Service (TRPS).
TRPS provides evaluated pricing on over 2.6 million fixed income instruments and derivatives per day which are used by asset managers, custodian banks, investment banks, and third party vendors.
Day to day responsibilities include the training, scheduling, and management of a team of analysts that support TRPS operations.
The team leader will work closely with US based stakeholders including asset class leaders, analysts, and fixed income evaluators.
They will also communicate directly with TRPS clients especially on urgent time sensitive queries.
The Team Leader will have prior experience in management and customer service. Well qualified candidates will have financial data experience with general knowledge of mathematics and economics.
