A Project Manager is expected to lead multiple projects concurrently, each consisting of a multidisciplinary team with a primary focus on technology, which need to be completed successfully within the requirements and timelines previously established with the clients.

Some of the responsibilities, amongst others, include coordinating the creation of project proposals, generating estimates and SOWs, outlining and maintaining the project plan, manage change requests, handle a transparent and informative communication with the client and most importantly, lead the team at every turn of the process to accomplish the goals.

The Intermediate PM will need to display a strong and flexible personality to be able to adapt to a world where the client's needs change quickly and constantly.

It is also crucial for the position to be able to understand the entirety of the projects being managed in a very in-depth fashion to facilitate the PM’s role as a problem solver for the client and the on-

site team. Overall, the role demands a high level of commitment that aligns with the business growth objectives of Hangar.


  • Develop,maintain and effectively execute project plans throughout the life of assignedproject(s) according to established procedures, channels and successexpectations

  • Negotiate,define, communicate and manage the scope of the project
  • Createand maintain a project schedule, which defines activities, sequence,dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements
  • Forecast,track and manage project budgets, POs and invoices
  • Define,negotiate, communicate, implement and monitor quality standards on all projectdeliverables
  • Managequality trade-offs
  • Acquireappropriate resources to meet project needs
  • Manageclient and internal team performance and dynamics as appropriate
  • Planand manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effectiveexchange of project information and deliverables
  • Identify,analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks
  • Administrationand participation in organizational performance management initiatives
  • Manageseffective and accurate completion of new business proposals
  • Worksclosely with project team members to propose solutions for client’s anticipatedneeds
  • Assistsin the ongoing development and management of the Project Management department,assigned Business Unit and organization as required

  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management - ideally in an agency setting managing digital projects and products.
  • Able to generate SOWs, project plans / timelines, budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple third-party vendors, and external and internal clients.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English (80%+ Proficiency).
  • Excellent Client facing skills and stakeholder management.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with little to no supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure and motivate people through solid management and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of decision-making and problem-solving techniques.
  • Experience with MS Project, Omniplan, Excel and other project planning tools like Jira.
  • Understanding of the QA testing process.
  • Tech / Development background is a plus.
