This temporary position will work within Cargill Business Services in San Jose, Costa Rica. This position will provide administrative and project support to the CBS Leadership team for the HR transformation migration for payroll and employee data management.
This position will assist with the writing and updating of processes for the LATAM region.75% - DEVELOP, IMPLEMENT & EXECUTE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SOLUTIONS ON POLICIES, PROGRAMS &PROCESSES
Draws on a general knowledge of business environment and requirements to administer activities related to the design of
new or update existing processes to meet the needs of the business.
With limited oversight, organizes the delivery of standard operating procedures within a geography in the LATAM region.
Helps to identify opportunities to optimize existing processes and support implementation of one or more documents across
businesses or regions.
Participates in the development and maintenance of process documentation and content management resources (updates
content, SharePoint sites, online resources, etc.)
Develops Excel related macros and automation solutions for GHRS teams using both volume analysis and data trends to identify the best opportunities to develop an automated solution.
Identify cross-functional volume trends to maximize resource utilization25% - RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Utilizes general knowledge and expertise to collaborate with businesses and colleagues to provide a successful integrated approach to standard operating procedure administration.
With limited oversight, communicates pertinent information to sponsors, business partners, managers, and participants.
May handle ongoing conversations including assisting with the scheduling of calls with colleagues in multiple countries with the intent of doing content development.
Responsible for developing automated solutions for procedures in payroll and new hire execution which may include : -Collaborating with SME’s and Business Leaders-
Managing scheduling of conference calls and meetings.-Monitoring and reporting documentation progress.
Fully bilingual professional with 2+ years’ experience in human resources positions, specially payroll and employee data management.
Experience in migrations in the shared services industry.
Advanced Excel knowledge to develop macros for automated solutions.
Experience in migrating payroll activities from South America and Mexico.
Knowledge of creating or updating standard operating procedures.
