Key activities and Deliverables
Act as Single Point of Contact for Secure Access Services in a wide variety of cross-functional initiatives such as projects, taskforce or collaborations, involving different SAS teams.
Strive for efficiency and optimization in collaborations between Secure Access Services teams and other teams and organizations in Roche, ensuring timely and high quality deliverables
Coordinate qualification and validation activities for every Secure Access Services component according to CSV practices, including release management activities for validated applications.
Coordinate audit preparation, execution and remediation activities, ensuring a smooth collaboration between auditors and Secure Access Services teams.
Strive for Secure Access Services overall compliance, monitoring among others : validation / qualification, staff training and documents compliance statuses, according to CSV practices and Roche standards.
Monitor operational metrics, KPIs and SLAs for Secure Access Services operational activities, analyzing potential deviation root causes and proposing and implementing improvement actions if required.
Ensure ITSM framework and SOPs are implemented, properly used and supported.

Qualifications and experience required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or business field, or equivalent experience.
5 + years’ experience with proven track record of running high performing environments.
ITIL Service Management knowledge is a must. Training and certification preferred.
General understanding of the IT Security and Identity & Access Management backgrounds is a must.
Strong understanding of Computer Systems Validation and working experience in Validated environment desirable
Experienced in providing solutions aligned with standards, security, validation, capacity, high availability and identifying associated risks
