Join our team and start your journey today.The Quality Manager is responsible for the administration, support and delivery of the Quality management system of the Emerson Costa Rica Certified Processes.

The Quality Manager prime responsibility is to ensure that the QMS complies with the ISO 9001 :

2015 requirements.

The Quality Manager needs to be able to coordinate with the certified functional and support areas all activities related to the administration of the QMS.

This coordination requires very good negotiation skills and the ability to establish strategies that are both beneficial for the business without affecting the effectiveness of the QMS.

The Quality Manager will work directly with the Business Process Owners to verify that good Quality practices and methodologies are executed within the Quality Management System (QMS).

This position requires high level of understanding of the ISO 9001 :

2015 standard and will need to be able to explain what are the requirements and implications of the QMS of other team members that are less familiarized with the standard.

The QM will lead Internal Audits and External Audits.

The QM will continually enhance and augment the core capabilities with growing opportunities in the areas of Auditing and Continual Improvement Initiatives.

College Graduated in Business Administration OR Industrial Engineering 3 years of experience leading a Certified Quality Management system 3 years of experience auditing Basic statistics knowledge High level of knowledge of the ISO 9001 :

2015 standard (certification) The candidate should possess computer skills, preferably with Intermediate skills on Excel SharePoint.

SharePoint Intermediate to Advanced knowledge English written and spoken skills at B1 / B2 level.
